The Trilogy NACA Duct has been redesigned with ease of use in mind. Printed in PLA, a cornstarch and sugar cane derivative for a low carbon footprint, this NACA duct is for use on the roof of your trike. Once glued in place, it is operated using a cable release to open and close the duct vent. A second manual vent flap on the front of the duct allows you to direct air flow and amount into the trike. The vent automatically closes when the cable is released, so continuous or periodic flow of air is up to the rider.
This product comes with mounting and cabling instructions and a cutting template, however requires cabling and glue to operate.
Sikaflex 227 is the recommended glue for roof mounting the duct.
A standard bicycle gear cable with a friction thumb shifter or a brake handle is recommended.
