In our refresh process, we repurpose as much of your existing trike as possible, transforming an outdated machine into what could become your new favorite recumbent trike—with the right modifications.

If your trike needs a little care but not a full refresh, our Trilogy service will keep it performing at its best. We’ll check everything—whether you need racing compliance or just a smooth, comfortable ride.

We have two levels of upgrades for your vehicle: a Basic refresh or a Premium refresh. Using as much material as we can from your original trike, a new recumbent trike will be created with a rail frame design, based on Jeff’s 1999 trike prototype. The shape that Jeff first designed at 17 years old is strong and simple, giving the rider comfort and easy power output ability.

No matter the make or model, if your trike needs a general service, we’ve got you covered. Whether it’s running a bit rough or has specific issues you’d like fixed, Trilogy Servicing can handle it all and return your trike riding smooth and reliable. From a simple brake and drivetrain check to a full strip-down, repaint, and replacement service, we’ll take care of your trike as if it were our own.

  • Replacement of brake/gear cables if needed

  • Steering alignment and tie rod check

  • Bearing checks (pedals, bottom bracket, wheels, idlers, steering joints)

  • Comfort adjustments (seat, pedals, boom length)

🛠 Full Refresh / Overhaul (Running Like a Dream)

For older or well-used trikes needing a complete reset.
Includes everything in Standard, plus:

  • Full strip-down and rebuild

  • Repaint or frame touch-up (optional)

  • Replacement of worn parts (brakes, chain, cassette, tyres, etc.)

  • Bearing replacement (as needed)

  • Complete setup and fine-tuning for racing, touring, or everyday comfort

🧰 Composite Body Inspection/Repair (Like New Again)

For older or well-used trikes needing a complete reset, including body repairs.
Includes everything in Full Refresh/Overhaul, plus:

  • Repair of cracks and stress fractures in the body work

  • Inspect and correct of roll cage imperfections to fully comply for safety standards
